As the MCU expanded, Tran's responsibilities grew. She served as a creative executive on Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014). This led to her promotion to associate producer on Captain America: Civil War (2016). Furthermore, Tran's leadership was instrumental in the production of Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019), where she served as an executive producer. These films marked monumental achievements in the MCU, culminating in Endgame becoming the highest-grossing film of all time at that point.

In addition to her work on the Avengers films, Tran was an executive producer on the Disney+ series Hawkeye (2021), which introduced new characters and expanded the MCU's reach into television.
