Biography

Braz Chediak (TrΓͺs CoraΓ§Γ΅es, June 1, 1942) is a Brazilian actor, screenwriter and filmmaker.

With AurΓ©lio Teixeira, he was responsible for the argument and the script of the film "Mineirinho, Vivo ou Morto" (1967) and the adaptation of "Meu PΓ© de Laranja Lima" (1970). He's also involved in the script for all the films that he directed. Many of his feature films are adaptations of Brazilian stage plays, mainly from playwrights Nelson Rodrigues and PlΓ­nio Marcos, such as "A Navalha na Carne" (1969), "Dois Perdidos Numa Noite Suja" (1970), "Bonitinha Mas OrdinΓ‘ria" (1980), among others.
